Based on Resolution No. 86-E published in the official gazette, which established that the Technical Inspection Workshops included in the register of National Workshops must be certified under the ISO 9001 Standard, together with Covema, we started to work on the implementation of its management system. 

During the implementation period, we focused specially on strategic points of the process, such as equipment calibration, and maintenance plans. This allowed us to strengthen not only the work processes, but also to generate confidence for customers.

Throughout time, we worked in collaboration with the team, carrying out optimal operations and achieving full satisfaction of its customers, measured by different satisfaction indicators. 

It is worth mentioning that Covema S.R.L. was able to capitalize on a mandatory external requirement, turning it into better ties with its customers, improving its business processes, and increasing profits through cost reduction, among others.
